Thank you so much for your Soma Yoga course! ...I am happy to report that there have been noticeable changes in my body energy. I can be up for longer and feel stronger. Body stress level is down by one. I am feeling better on waking and the pain level is decreased. I am walking up and down stairs more easily and am more upright and lighter on my feet. I still meditate daily, walk 30 minutes and do my exercises...I have had a tense muscle in my left back and referred pain to neck and occipital headaches several times a week for three years. Headaches are pretty much gone and stuck muscle is still there but seems smaller if this makes sense.
